When calling the MPI Shop Support Line, please listen carefully, as the options have recently changed. For example, if you want to speak with an adjusting team or the Claims Processing Unit, the selection is now option 2.
In addition, after you enter your RAN you will now be able to enter an adjuster’s 4-digit extension number or locate an adjuster by dialing their last name.
